I’ve had three sessions so far with Tefal for my back and knee issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. His knowledge of the human body is second to none, and he has a great understanding of what needs to be done to target each specific area. He has also given me useful tips on how to better manage my conditions, including advice on nutrition and stretches I can do at home. Every session with Tefal has been a very pleasant experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about understanding and meeting the needs of his clients. I would highly recommend Tefal to anyone looking to improve their mobility and reduce or eliminate those day-to-day aches and pains.

I booked Waleed for a second session and, as before, he was very helpful and managed to find two issues in my upper back by himself which were causing issues relating to my shoulder. Once again, I highly recommend him for anyone suffering from sports injuries, etc. He also recommended some exercises to help maintain the recovery process. 😊

I also used Tefal. He was great, very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Having worked with physicians for a while, Tefal had a different approach which was very effective. He clearly knows what he is doing, managed to uncover some pains I was tolerating for a while, and after one session I felt a lot better, I am looking to continue working with him.

I came to see Waleed today with an ongoing shoulder injury. I have to say his knowledge and understanding of muscular injuries is second to none. He was able to diagnose and pinpoint the injury very quickly and did some therapy to ease the pain. He also advised on how to avoid making the injury worse and the steps for recovery. he is very genuine and keen to help you as much as he can. Highly recommend trying him at least once if you have any sports or other injuries.

Walid identified the underlying cause rather than simply treating the symptoms. His thoughtful approach made a significant difference.
